Bold ideas echoed through Aula Medica during TEDxKI 2025, an event themed “Unwritten Letters”. It was a day filled with personal stories, powerful performances, and unfiltered truths that touched on everything from global conflict to climate crisis, from silence in prisons to voices that save lives.
But the magic didn’t end when the stage lights dimmed. Later that evening, The Park Forskaren, in collaboration with Urban Deli, hosted the official TEDxKI afterparty. It was an intimate space where the momentum of the event transformed into real human connection.
A Night of Real Talk and Reflection
In the cosy, open setting of The Park, speakers, attendees, and organizers continued what TEDxKI started: meaningful conversations. The kind that weren’t scripted, weren’t rushed, and weren’t just about the talks, but about shared values, vulnerability, and vision for change.
“You may forget the slides,” wrote Armando Cázares-Körner, Head of Community at The Park. “But you’ll never forget the conversation.”
From strangers to new collaborators, the space became a hub of connection between students, researchers, professionals, and creators. Conversations spilled into laughter, shared experiences, and a growing sense of community that lingered long after the evening ended.
A Community that Listens and Reflects
Hosting this event is a reflection of what we at The Park stand for: a thriving community where both people and ideas grow. Our role in this afterparty wasn’t just about offering a venue — it was about supporting voices, values, and the momentum that bold ideas create.
We are proud to have supported TEDxKI in bringing their message beyond the stage, and into the hearts of our space. A huge thank you to the incredible team behind the event, our co-hosts at Urban Deli, and every person who helped turn this evening into something truly unforgettable.
Here’s to more conversations that move us and the spaces that make them possible.
