Vectura today announced its latest project in Stockholm’s fast-growing Hagastaden district – a sustainable and architecturally ambitious office building with retail on the ground floor. The property will offer 1,400 square meters of leasable space and is strategically located directly above the upcoming Hagastaden metro station, making it a central hub in the area’s thriving life science community. Completion is planned for the turn of the year 2026/2027.
Designed in collaboration with internationally renowned architectural firm 3XN/GXN, the building will carry echoes of their acclaimed Forskaren project while establishing a distinctive identity of its own. With a strong sustainability profile, the development is envisioned as a dynamic space that combines workplaces with public amenities, ensuring activity and vibrancy throughout the day and year. “Our goal is to create a natural meeting place where people, ideas, and functions intersect – right at the heart of the city’s new hub,” Vectura stated at the launch event.
The unveiling was presented together with Torleif Falk, Jan Ammundsen, and Marie Hesseldahl, and was warmly received by attendees eager to see Hagastaden continue its transformation into one of Stockholm’s most innovative districts.
