Going forward this autumn, Vectura, the real estate owner of Forskaren, will take full ownership of developing the coworking operations in Forskaren, while we at The Park continue with our journey towards building and supporting spaces for growth, and now also in Flemingsberg.

The Park will continue supporting Vectura with community activities in Forskaren, with a presence here and with our member driven events, and community activities will continue as usual with Vectura — such as Friday breakfasts and Monday Fikas.

Forskaren is part of a larger vision. Across Sweden, Vectura is developing buildings and places that bring together leading actors within life science, care, and health. The goal is to create long-term environments where innovation can grow and help tackle the major challenges of the future. The community here at Forskaren is an important part of that mission. This transition marks an exciting step in Vectura’s long-term strategy to support innovation and collaboration by developing strong and vibrant clusters.

It also marks a new chapter for The Park, as we focus on enabling coworking and community as a service to real estate owners and companies, continuing to create and operate environments for growth.

Vectura truly appreciates the work The Park has done in establishing a dynamic and engaged member community at Forskaren — and is committed to continuing that legacy.

At The Park we will support you as members and Vectura, making sure that this transition is as smooth as possible.
