This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the HR team from Tobii Dynavox to The Park Forskaren for a full-day workshop hosted by our CEO, Mikael Ahlström. The day was dedicated to exploring the intersection of innovation, AI, digitalisation, and the future of business and creativity.
With team members flying in from different parts of the world, the gathering created a rare opportunity to reconnect in person. The energy throughout the day was relaxed, open, and deeply collaborative.

The agenda was packed with high-energy activities: from peer-pitching and innovation exercises to group mash-ups and rapid-fire ideation sessions. A mini hackathon capped off the day, giving space for fresh thinking and experimental concepts to take shape.
Together, we explored how emerging technologies are reshaping not just what we do, but how we think, collaborate, and lead. The focus wasn’t just on tools, but on mindset, and how play, exploration, and human connection fuel innovation.
