Sweden’s Life Science landscape is evolving – and Flemingsberg is at the center of it.
The Park, in collaboration with property company Hemsö, has officially opened The Park Novum in Flemingsberg, establishing a vibrant new hub for Life Science and innovation. Located in one of Sweden’s fastest-growing research and healthcare districts, The Park Novum reinforces Flemingsberg’s position as a leading European destination for Life Science, alongside Hagastaden and Uppsala. Covering 600 square meters, The Park Novum offers a flexible and creative environment tailored to the needs of research-driven industries. The space includes private offices, hybrid workspaces, and meeting and event facilities for up to 400 participants. It is designed to foster collaboration among companies, researchers, and organizations, accelerating innovation and knowledge exchange.
The initiative is developed in close partnership with the Flemingsberg Science Foundation and is strategically located near key institutions such as Karolinska Institutet, Karolinska University Hospital, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Södertörn University. Adjacent to Novum Labs, which provides advanced laboratory infrastructure and flexible lab solutions, The Park Novum creates a unique setting where research, business development, and community converge. By combining lab capacity with inspiring office environments and community-driven programs, it aims to become a catalyst for growth and innovation.
The Park Novum also serves as a bridge between Flemingsberg and Hagastaden, integrating two of Sweden’s most dynamic Life Science environments. It supports a network where researchers, companies, and healthcare providers can collaborate more closely, driving joint initiatives and the flow of knowledge and resources.
