Last week, Mikael Ahlström from The Park was invited to SLUSH together with The Park’s intern, Emil Andersson Herrström, where they joined more than 15,000 founders, investors, and innovators in a Helsinki filled with ideas and energy.
We extend a warm thank you to TEELABS SBC for the invitation to take part in their jury. Together with fellow jury members Ann Molin, Per Hillertz, PhD MBA, Naimul Abd, Mehkar Sheikh, and Maral Kalajian, Mikael listened to over 30 pitches from South Korean startups — each showcasing bold ideas, strong talent, and impressive global ambition.
A highlight from the week was the signing of an MOU between Hack for Earth Foundation and Chungbuk National University, strengthening global collaboration and expanding opportunities for impact-driven innovation.
We also followed the inspiring progress of Anton Osika, who last year demoed how easily you could build your own sauna time–booking system with Lovable, and returned this year as the fastest growing start-up ever, breaking $200M in ARR.
We left Helsinki inspired — and motivated to increase our own speed until we meet again next year.
