The Park Novum is located in the heart of the Novum Research Park building, a visionary centre for research, education, and health innovation developed by Hemsö. With over 40,000 square metres of space dedicated to labs, offices, and collaborative zones, Novum is designed to foster cross-disciplinary work in a dynamic environment where knowledge meets creativity.
Hemsö has led a major renovation of the building, upgrading technical systems and adapting the space to meet the demands of modern and future-facing companies. The result is a vibrant setting that connects healthcare, academia, and industry – and now, community.
Located right next to Karolinska Institutet, KTH and Karolinska University Hospital, and surrounded by many other organisations across life science, research and innovation, The Park Novum sits in one of Stockholm’s emerging hotspots for knowledge and development. Through our proximity to Novum Labs, there is the possibility to explore access to shared lab environments and selected instruments.Novum Labs hosts a range of professional laboratory resources, ranging from every day benchtop instruments to specialised imaging equipment. This setup creates opportunities for startups, researchers and companies to work close to laboratory infrastructure within the Flemingsberg life science environment, right in the heart of one of Stockholm’s fastest-growing life science hubs.
