Located in the iconic Novum building by Hemsö, The Park Novum offers a dynamic new environment where community, collaboration, and creativity meet. With flexible workspaces, an open event floor known as “Hjärtat”, and direct access to top institutions like Karolinska Institutet, The Park Novum is designed to support forward-thinking companies, researchers, and changemakers.
The Park Novum is located in the heart of the Novum Forskarpark building, a visionary centre for research, education, and health innovation developed by Hemsö. With over 40,000 square metres of space dedicated to labs, offices, and collaborative zones, Novum is designed to foster cross-disciplinary work in a dynamic environment where knowledge meets creativity.
Hemsö has led a major renovation of the building, upgrading technical systems and adapting the space to meet the demands of modern and future-facing companies. The result is a vibrant setting that connects healthcare, academia, and industry – and now, community.
Located right next to Karolinska Institutet and Alfa Laval, and surrounded by research institutions and science-focused organisations, The Park Novum sits in one of Stockholm’s emerging hotspots for knowledge and development. In partnership with Novum Labs, we’re opening the door to cross-disciplinary interaction and shared resources, from bookable instruments to co-hosted events.
