As a Network Leader, you play a key role in shaping this ecosystem by bringing people together around meaningful topics and conversations. Your leadership helps our members connect, learn, and grow. As a Network Leader at The Park, you gain access to an interactive platform with a highly engaged audience, giving your events the visibility and momentum they deserve. You’ll receive conference credits and discounts to support your activities, along with marketing and communication through our channels to help you reach the right people. You’ll also have the opportunity to invite your own network to selected events, expanding both your reach and impact. And throughout your journey, you’ll be part of an exclusive group of Network Leaders — offering onboarding, learning experiences, and valuable peer-to-peer connections.
As a Network Leader, you take an active role in shaping and facilitating a dynamic network within The Park. This includes creating a yearly plan for your activities, using The Park’s digital tools to book and organize events, and inviting engaging speakers who bring meaningful insights to your community. You’ll also book suitable spaces and catering, promote your open events to both your own network and The Park’s broader community, and help maintain consistent quality by working within The Park’s established event formats. In addition, you contribute to developing the overall structure and formats for Network activities at The Park, ensuring that our shared ecosystem continues to evolve and thrive.

As a Builder, you can host individual sessions, share expertise in your field, participate in panel discussions, or support existing Network Leaders with insights and content. It’s a flexible way to get involved — perfect for those who want to contribute to the community without the ongoing commitment of running a full network.
