Over six months, each mentee is paired with a dedicated mentor based on expertise, personality, and goals. The program combines structured touchpoints with flexibility for individual connection and exploration.

One-on-one monthly mentoring sessions (online or in-person)
Two in-person community gatherings at The Park Forskaren (kickoff and closing)
Curated inspiration sessions with leading voices in biotech, medtech, healthtech, and research
Optional peer exchange roundtables with other mentees and mentors

Mentors and mentees are supported by program coordinators who ensure alignment, momentum, and value throughout the journey.
