We had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of over 40 board members and directors from SESCOOP Nacional SP to The Park Forskaren, as part of the Trinity Executive Education programme on Future-Ready Leadership, Leading Change, Growth and Managing Risk.
This cohort of senior leaders from Brazil’s cooperative financial sector is spending the week in Stockholm exploring how organisations across industries are adapting to digital transformation, innovation culture, strategic foresight, and the age of AI. And The Park Forskaren was chosen as a key stop for exactly that reason: as an innovation hub fostering creativity, cross-sector collaboration, and inclusive entrepreneurship.
Leadership, AI, and Human-Centred Innovation
Throughout the afternoon, the group dove into the Nordic approach to leadership and explored how well-designed ecosystems can empower change, not just through technology, but through culture and collaboration. The discussion also tackled the rise of AI, its ethical implications, and the importance of human-centred innovation.
Emi Olausson Fourounjieva (Digital Transformation & AI for Humans), Paulo Czarnewski (Precisium AI), and Reza Malekzadgan (Stockholm AI), shared their perspectives during the panel, alongside our CEO, Mikael Ahlström. The conversation was expertly moderated by Garvan Callan, ensuring a thought-provoking and forward-looking exchange.
It was an afternoon full of energy, curiosity, and meaningful reflections, a great reminder of the power of global collaboration and cross-cultural learning.
