What membership options do you offer?

We offer various membership types, including Hybrid, Flex, Fix, Lounge, and Private Office options, designed to fit different working styles. Please go to “Coworking” on our website in order to get further details. Feel welcome to contact us to find the best fit for you.

What are the opening hours?

Our general opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Members with 24/7 access can enter outside these hours. The building is open 7 AM - 6 PM, and outside these hours you’ll need an additional key in order to have access.

Can I try The Park before becoming a member?

Yes! We offer trial days and drop-in options. Contact us to book a visit.

How do the guests find their way?

For visitors, the receptionist on the entrance floor will assist after check-in via the iPad next to the reception. This check-in ensures both security and efficiency by notifying the host of the guest’s arrival. The host can then meet them at the second-floor reception. For larger events, only a verbal check-in at the entrance and second-floor receptions is required. Guests will be guided to the event by the second-floor receptionist.

What amenities are included in the membership?

Our memberships include access to high-speed Wi-Fi, printing, meeting rooms, phone booths, and access to community events. Some services may vary based on membership level.

Do you offer meeting rooms and event spaces?

Yes! We have fully equipped meeting rooms and event spaces available for booking. Let us know your needs, and we’ll help you find the right setup.

Is printing/scanning available?

Yes! We have both a printer and scanner available for all members to use whenever you wish.

Do you have smaller rooms or phone booths for private calls?

Yes! We do offer various smaller rooms as private phone booths or pods to keep your privacy and avoid being disturbed during your call.

Are locker or storage spaces available for members?

Yes, we have lockable lockers and storage spaces available in our office. Please contact us for further information.

Is there a gym in the building?

Unfortunately we don't have a gym in the building but there are several alternatives in the area such as SATS, Friskis & Svettis, FTC and Crossfit Nordic. There are also group training sessions on the roof terrace in the summer, please contact us for further information.

What catering options do you offer for meetings and events?

We provide a variety of options, everything you’ll need for your morning event, your full day or that lovely afterwork. Please have a closer look at our full menu on our website in order to see everything we’re offering.

How do we place an order, and what is the pricing?

Orders can be placed through our catering team, please contact conference@thepark.se to place an order. Pricing depends on the selection and quantity. Contact us for a tailored quote.

What equipment is available in the podcast studio?

The studio includes a professional mixing board (Rode caster 2), microphones, headphones, and a recording setup. An instruction guide is provided in advance.

Do we need to bring any cables, adapters, or memory cards?

Most essential cables and adapters are available in the studio. Please keep in mind to bring your own memory card, but if you don’t have one available, there’s always an option to record on your computer if you connect it.

Can we see the studio setup before our session?

Yes! We can provide images of the studio to help you plan your recording and filming setup and you are always welcome for a tour beforehand. Let us know, and we’ll send the information or book a tour.

How do I book a meeting room or event space?

Members can book directly through our online platform, external bookings can be made via our conference team. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Can I rent a desk or office for a short-term stay?

Yes! We offer flexible options, including daily and weekly rentals for desks and private offices.

Do you host networking or community events?

Absolutely! We regularly organize networking events, workshops, and member meetups to help you connect with the community.

Do you offer virtual office services?

Yes, we offer virtual office services such as business address, mail handling etc.

What are the different options of public transportation?

Train: Odenplan - 10-15 min walk away Tube: St: Eriksplan - 10 min walk away Bus: Karolinska Sjukhuset Eugeniavägen - right outside the building

Do you offer bike storage?

Yes there is a large bike storage in the building with an adjacent changing room and showers. Are there electric car charging stations nearby? Yes there is a large garage operated by Stockholm Stad under the building, P-hus Hagastaden västra Ninni Kronbergs gata with 1000 parking spaces equipped with charging stations.

How do I schedule a tour of space?

Please feel welcome to contact us through our website “Our Office”, where you can easily book a tour. When we get your request, we’ll contact you in order to decide the date and time.

Can I host my own event or workshop at The Park?

Absolutely! Feel free to book our rooms or spaces and host your own event! We will also provide catering upon request. If you have any questions about the specifics, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
