The Park Forskaren Executive Networks are year-long leadership programs designed to bring together decision-makers, pioneers, and changemakers for a high-impact journey of learning, reflection, and strategic connection.
Each network offers a powerful blend of inspiration, peer dialogue, and practical insight, rooted in Sweden’s innovation culture and delivered through expertly facilitated sessions, speaker engagements, discovery visits, and intimate dinners. Over the course of the year, leaders explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of business, leadership, and life science — while forging deep, meaningful connections with likeminded peers.
Each Executive Network program includes:

The Park Academy is guided by a senior team with broad experience from Sweden’s startup ecosystem, life science, tech, and leadership development. Our core team combines practical knowledge with a strong understanding of how to build innovative and collaborative environments.
Mikael Ahlström, founder of The Park and longtime partner of Hyper Island, has worked with startups, scale-ups, and large organizations to create learning experiences and community-driven growth. He brings long-standing experience in entrepreneurship and innovation strategy. Armando Cázares-Körneo, with a background from Karolinska Institutet and previous leadership roles in community building at Akademiska Hus, now focuses on learning programs and community development at The Park. His experience bridges life science, research environments, and team engagement.
We also collaborate closely with Roger Sjögren and Åsa Norell, both of whom have been central to developing leadership programs at Hyper Island. They have worked extensively with government agencies, corporates, and international teams, helping organizations strengthen leadership and teamwork through well-grounded approaches. Their work often integrates insights from behavioral science and neuroscience to support change and development in teams and individuals.
In addition to our core team, we regularly bring in expert speakers, facilitators, and coaches from a range of organizations, depending on the focus of each program.
