We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from within The Park community!

Earlier this year, during one of our Network Leaders introductions, a new collaboration was sparked between Matthew Gentry, Funding Consultant at Auxn AB, and Paulo Czarnewski, CEO of Precisium AI. That connection has since led to not one but two successful Vinnova grants — a fantastic example of how The Park’s network helps ideas grow into impact.

Together, they’ve secured the highly competitive Innovative Startups grant (500,000 SEK — only 103 out of 1,037 applications were funded!) to advance Precisium AI’s powerful drug target identification platform. The project integrates single-cell, spatial, and bulk omics data from over 600 million cells to model gene and protein behaviour in inflammatory diseases such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, COPD, and lupus — aiming to improve early-stage drug development and clinical success rates.

They also received a Planning Grant (300,000 SEK) to prepare a strong application for the EIC Accelerator grant next year, targeting €2.5M in funding.

These wins are not just about innovation — they’re a testament to the collaborative spirit of The Park and how bringing together expertise, ambition and community can lead to real-world success.
