We had the honour of joining partners and peers for the launch of the Cluster Engine Life Science Flemingsberg, an EU-funded initiative dedicated to strengthening Sweden’s life science ecosystem and supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the sector.
The launch event was a powerful reminder of just how connected our region has become. From Hagastaden to Flemingsberg and Uppsala, organisations showed up with energy, ideas, and a shared mission: to advance life science, together.

The atmosphere was flowing with connection and a shared belief in the power of collaboration to shape the future of health and science. From engaging conversations to live music, the event struck the perfect balance between celebration and purpose.

A Conversation Continued
One of the most exciting parts of this initiative is the growing connection between our innovation districts. Just a few weeks before the kickoff, we had the pleasure of welcoming Natasha Bank from Flemingsberg Science and Mathias Heidmark from Hemsö to The Park Forskaren, where we exchanged ideas, explored aligned goals, and discussed how to strengthen collaboration between regions.
