Hjärtat (The Heart) is an event space located at The Park Novum in Flemingsberg. It is an open lounge and event space that is more than just a physical spot; it’s a symbol of community. With sofas, tables, and a stage, Hjärtat was designed for connection, whether it’s a spontaneous fika, a panel talk, or a creative gathering.
Surrounded by energy and light, Hjärtat is where people come together to share ideas, spark new collaborations, and shape the culture of our growing community.
On the ground floor of the House of Q there is a resturant perfect for events. Here you can have a mingle, a chance to create new conections or build on existing ones. Or if you prefer to have a seminar you can also host a seated event. For mingles there is room for 120 guests, and for seated events 64 guests can be accommodated.
Our Lounge is a spacious and inviting environment designed for connection, collaboration, and large-scale gatherings. With capacity for up to 370 people, it’s ideal for conferences, community events, launches, and celebrations.
The space combines an open layout with a vibrant atmosphere, making it easy to move between presentations, networking, and social moments. Whether you’re hosting a formal event or a more relaxed gathering, the Lounge adapts to your needs and creates a setting where people feel welcome and engaged.
The Blackbox
The Blackbox is a flexible, enclosed event space designed for immersive experiences and focused gatherings. With capacity for up to 170 people, it’s well suited for talks, panels, screenings, workshops, and performances.
Its controlled environment allows you to shape the atmosphere exactly as you want, whether for presentations, stage setups, or interactive formats. The Blackbox offers a powerful setting where content takes center stage and ideas can truly resonate.
Floor 3 is our largest and most versatile event floor, designed to host everything from global headliners and established corporations to emerging local talent. With a maximum capacity of 750 guests, the space is built for impact, scale, and memorable experiences.
Featuring entirely modular halls, dynamic stages, and professional technical equipment, Floor 3 offers exceptional flexibility. Advanced acoustics and lighting make it possible to adapt the space to a wide range of formats, from conferences and keynotes to immersive shows and large-scale productions.
Spaces on Floor 3 include:
Main Stage, Side Lounge, Immersive Room, and Gallery — each contributing to a dynamic flow that supports both performance and interaction.
On the top floor you will find a rooftop terrace perfect for social gatherings like an end of the week celebration, kick offs, summer party, and much more. The terrace has a capacity for 125 people making it both a spacious and light terrace for you and your guests to overlook Värtahamnen.
