To enter The Park after office hours, and the rooms outside The Parks facilities, you need Parakey which will be sent to the host of the event. If you wish to have another Parakey for access sent, please let us know in advance.
There are toilets located both within and outside The Parks facilities. Outside in the main building they are located between the elevator halls.

Parking is available around the premises, however there’s a parking garage owned by Stockholm county. The name for it is Stockholm P-hus Västra, at Ninni Kronbergs Gata 2. Costs 60kr/hour 295kr/day.
There are three different elevator halls in the building; A, B and C (only C goes all the way to the roof terrace).

Within the Parks facilities there are no specific steps to follow, simply just connect the computer to the screen with the cable provided. If you are in one of the rooms outside The Parks facilities, do the following steps: In the righthand cupboard underneath the TV screen is a thick cable with three adapters; HDMI, USB-A and USB-C. The chosen adapter plugged into the computer has to also be chosen and pressed on the little screen that’s to the left of the TV screen, and you’re all set!
For a meeting camera within the Parks facilities is a bookable and easily carried camera, that is called Meeting Owl, available. For the rooms outside The Parks facility, plug in USB-C. Go to the meeting and change the camera to HD Camera, microphone to HD Audio and speakers to LG Signage. If additional equipment is required, please let us know in advance and we will sort that according to your needs.

The Park Staff has the final responsibility to evacuate everyone safely if on site.
Adequate fire extinguishers and fire suppression equipment are installed at strategic locations throughout the building.
Users are directed to lobbies B and C; in the stairwell, there is an alarm button, and emergency services will be notified.

In each elevator lobby, there is a stairwell that connects all floors of the building. To exit after regular opening hours, use the stairs down to level 0 – they lead directly to the street without passing through the building’s main ground floor. From there you can easily find the door that leads you out of the building.
You don’t need to worry about cleaning after your event, but we do appreciate you leaving the room in a respectful condition.
We don't have any specific time we expect you to be out of the building, but please keep in mind that the alarm goes off at 10pm. If you plan on staying later in the evening, please read the instructions below.
