The Park Academy is led by a senior team with extensive experience in Sweden’s startup ecosystem, life sciences, tech, and leadership development.
Mikael Ahlström, founder of The Park and a longtime partner of Hyper Island, brings decades of experience in entrepreneurship and innovation strategy. He has worked with startups, scaleups, and large organisations to create powerful learning journeys and community-driven growth.
Armando Cázares-Körner, with a background from Karolinska Institutet and former leadership roles at Akademiska Hus, now focuses on learning design and community engagement. His work bridges research environments, life science, and team development.
We also collaborate closely with Roger Sjögren and Åsa Norell, both experienced program designers and facilitators who have helped shape leadership and transformation programs for government agencies, corporations, and international teams. Their work integrates insights from behavioural science and neuroscience to enable lasting development in individuals and groups.
We regularly bring in guest speakers, expert facilitators, and coaches tailored to the focus of each program, ensuring content that is timely, relevant, and grounded in practice.
