We’re so glad you’ve joined The Park! This page is your guide to settling in, making the most of your membership, and connecting with our community.
While this guide gives you a great start to The Park’s community and facilities, we highly recommend you to join one of our onboarding sessions, that happens once every two weeks.
It’s a relaxed and friendly way to ask questions, get familiar with how things work, and meet other new members who are just as eager to connect, collaborate, and make the most of their time at The Park.
Your access to The Park’s spaces depends on your membership type – both in terms of how often you can be here and where you can sit.
Lounge members can work in our lounge areas and kitchen spaces. Look for signs with the “Lounge Zone” mark.
Hybrid and Flex members have access to all lounge areas and designated Flex Zones. Keep an eye out for the “Flex Zone” signage.
Fix members have their own dedicated desk that’s always reserved – your personal spot at The Park.
Office members have a private office space all to themselves.
When starting your journey with The Park, your e-mail will be connected to our OfficeRnD, a platform that you can use your monthly credits to book meeting rooms for client calls, team meetings or focused work sessions. Step by step:
1. Simply log in to the OfficeRnD.
2. Go to the calendar page.
3. Choose the type of room you want.
4. Select the day, the room and the timeframe.
5. In the summary area, you will see how many credits it costs.
6. All ready! Now, you have your room booked.
Each month, you receive credits that can be used to book meeting and conference rooms via OfficeRnD. These credits reset at the end of the month — so, don’t hesitate to use them!
You can check your available credits anytime in your OfficeRnD account. If you’re part of a team, your team manager can also help you keep track. If you book beyond your monthly credit limit, the extra usage will simply be added to your next invoice.
To make sure everyone has the best possible experience, we’ve created different zones within The Park based on your membership type. Look out for Lounge Zone and Flex Zone signs to know where you can sit and work.
Respecting the zones helps keep the space comfortable, fair, and flexible for everyone in the community.
There’s always something happening at The Park! With many events every month, you’re welcome to join anything that sparks your interest. From Monday Fikas and Friday Breakfasts to Business Networking Mingles and Industry Workshops – there’s something for everyone. As a member, you get full access to all events through our website, newsletter and our social networks.
At The Park Forskaren, we’ve made sure you have access to more than just a great workspace. Here, you have got everything you need to support your day, your way.

Follow these simple steps to connect to The Park’s printer:
1. Open your System Settings.
2. Go to Printers and Scanners.
3. Click the plus (+) sign to add a new printer.
4. Search for NRG MP C4505ex. It should appear automatically if you’re connected to the “”The Park Community”” network.
5. Select it and click Add.
6. Once added, you’ll be able to choose this printer whenever you need to print a document.
We’re happy to help with both incoming and outgoing mail. Just make sure to notify us and use The Park’s address for deliveries or update your company’s address accordingly.
If you haven’t set up your own mailbox, your mail will be placed in our shared mailbox. For larger packages, you’ll receive a notification via the app and email once it arrives. You can then collect it from the service desk—please do so as soon as possible.
PO boxes are located at the Forskaren service desk, and deliveries from PostNord arrive several times a week.
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
