We are pleased to welcome Melisa Kurbanova as an intern at The Park for the next five weeks. Studying IT, Media and Design (IMD) at Södertörn University, Melisa brings a strong foundation in UX, UI, and user-centered design along with practical experience in media production and project management. Supporting Design, Social Media, and Web Development.

During her internship, Melisa will assist with website updates, design templates, and social media engagement. She will also develop guidelines to streamline our visual identity and digital interactions, ensuring consistency across platforms. Additionally, she will work on a handover process to make these improvements sustainable for the future.

A Passion for User Experience and Design Thinking

Melisa has a keen interest in creating intuitive and accessible digital experiences. Her studies have given her experience in design thinking, accessibility, prototyping, and typography, with hands-on work in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. She has also led teams and worked on real-world project briefs, applying problem-solving and user-centered design principles.

“I am excited for this opportunity to contribute my skills in a professional setting while gaining practical experience in digital design and media,” says Melisa. “Working on real projects where design can make a difference is something I truly enjoy.”
