Thanks to everyone who came around to The Park’s Summer After Work 2023, we had a great time and we hope you did too! 

In our busy schedules, an AW is great for stepping out of the office and meeting your colleagues outside of the workplace. While we spend a significant portion of our waking hours at work, it’s often in the informal, relaxed setting of AW’s where we truly get to know our coworkers. Effective teamwork doesn’t solely depend on what happens during office hours. AW sessions can act as extensions of the workplace, where bonds formed translate into improved teamwork and collaboration during the workday. When you know your colleagues on a personal level, it becomes easier to communicate, trust, and support each other professionally. This is why we’re so happy to host regular AW’s at The Park, to help each other grow together.
